How to request deletion

1. Email hello@selfpilot.app from the email address connected to your SelfPilot account.
2. Use the subject line: SelfPilot account deletion request.
3. Include the account email address and, if available, your display name.
4. Wait for verification instructions if the account cannot be verified from the request email alone.

What will be deleted

A verified deletion request deletes or anonymizes account records and associated SelfPilot data, including notes, goals, tasks, schedules, journal entries, reflections, captures, uploaded documents/images/audio, transcripts, preferences, and notification records where technically available.

What may be retained temporarily

Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, fraud prevention records, or legally required records. Those retained records will not be used for active product functionality after account deletion.

Timing

Deletion requests should be processed within a reasonable period after verification. If additional verification is needed, processing starts after the user confirms account ownership.
